What Is Luxembourg Ocean Days 2025?
Luxembourg Ocean Days 2025 takes place from June 11, 13–15 at the Luxembourg Science Center. Organised by the Luxembourg Science Center, Odyssea Luxembourg, and ESERO Luxembourg, and supported by the Fonds National de la Recherche (FNR), the event brings ocean science, marine conservation, and environmental action to life.
Here’s what makes this year’s edition special:
- June 11 & 13 – School days filled with interactive workshops on marine biology, ocean physics, and environmental protection
- June 14 & 15 – Open to the public with inspiring talks, family-friendly activities, and hands-on exhibits
This year’s theme—“Wonder: Sustaining what sustains us”—is a reminder that the ocean gives us so much, and even landlocked communities can take meaningful steps to protect it.

The Bigger Message: Start Where You Are
You don’t have to be a marine scientist or full-time activist to make a difference. And you definitely don’t need to live by the sea to care.
What matters is starting—learning something new, making a small change, inspiring others to do the same. That’s what Luxembourg Ocean Days 2025 is all about.
So bring your kids. Invite a friend. Stop by the Diving Escapades stand, say hello, and discover how we can all travel, dive, and explore the ocean more mindfully. And don’t miss The Science of Scuba Diving—I’ll be there with No Limit Divers ASBL, showing how diving works and why it’s such a powerful way to connect with the sea.
